How can I modify account information?

Log in to your account, you can modify your name and address in 'Account Detail'.

Can I change my account login email address?

Unfortunately, the email used for login can't be changed. If your registered email is no longer accessble, please sign up with a new email.

What payment methods does LAMOUR® online shop accept?

Lamour currently accepts paypal, Visa / MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, and Apple pay.

Can I cancel my order?

You can usually cancel your order, before the order status is [unfulfilled] (as in the parcel has been out for delivery). Please contact us immediately for order cancellation and refund. Once the order status is updated to [fulfilled] (as in the parcel has been out for delivery), you are not able to cancel the order.

Can I modify my address once the order is submitted?

If you need to modify the address after the order is submitted, please contact us to modify it to avoid delivery errors. Once your order is shipped out, we are unable to modify.

What if an item is out of stock?

We will try our best to restock the items you ordered asap. If the items are no longer available, we will inform you promptly through email and be provided a solution to exchange or refund the item.

Can I order online and pick up at Lamour curbside location?

At this time, we cannot offer in-store or curbside pick up for items purchased on LAMOUR® online shop.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped out within 48 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders submitted on weekends, holidays or after 15:00 on Friday would be delivered on the next working day. After it ships out, normally it takes 2-7 business days to deliver. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email notification that your order is out for delivery

How much for free shipping?

Shipping fee varies for different destinations. Please refer to shipping policy for more information.

Does LAMOUR® online shop ship internationally?

We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

What should I do if the package is damaged or lost?

To earn and redeem points, you must log in or check out with the email address linked to your LAMOUR®Rewards account. Once you sign in, you will receive 250 points as a welcome gift (equal to CAD$5).

How does the additional 5%off workfor new subscribers?

New subscribers will receive an email with a code for 5% off after confirming subscription. This code is valid for online purchases only and is limited to one use per account. It cannot be combined with other discount codes. To apply, please enter the code at checkout.

Is there a purchase limit for the SHISEIDO TSUBAKI Premium Repair Hair Mask 180g and Mediheal Toner Pad?

Yes, there is a limit of two SHISEIDO TSUBAKI Premium Repair Hair Mask 180g per order. There is also a limit of two Mediheal Toner Pad per order.

How can I get the free gift?

Starting Dec 12, free gift for orders over CA$30 on selected brands. This gift will be added to your cart automatically when your order reaches to the qualified purchase amout. Limited quantity, first come first served!

Can I return or exchange items bought during the Holiday Sale?
