1. After removing makeup, cleansing the face, and using lotion, open the package and remove the mask, then remove the protective film. 2. Press gently with your fingers to make the mask stick to the face. 3. Relax and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before removing the mask. 4. Gently massage the face with the palm of your hand to help the penetration and absorption of the beauty essence. 5. Finally, apply moisturizing gel or lotion, and then massage the whole face.

Follow the instructions carefully.
